What to Bring to Diner en Blanc!

✨ Printed e-confirmation of your tickets and e-store purchases
✨ Two forms of ID
✨ 1 square or folding table (28-32in) and 2 white chairs **unless you bought the tickets that included rentals (Kelsey, Jay and Cheryl's sections ONLY)
✨ A white table linen & white napkins for the napkin wave!
✨ Your table settings (plates, utensils, wine glasses)
✨ White picnic basket or bag to carry your goodies
✨ A trolly or wagon and comfy shoes are recommended for guests who are meeting at Pedestrian Departures
✨ A clear or white umbrella or rain poncho, just in case!
✨ A garbage bag (pack in, pack out!)
✨ A lighter for the sparkler moment!
✨ Your picnic meal if you did not purchase through the e-store

Reminder... the e-store closes at 6pm and wine sales will not be permitted on site, so be sure to log in and grab your grazing boxes and beverages!

Just wanted to find out of the prices for the tables and other items we need for the event.

Hi Sandra - I can't quote what it would cost to purchase as that is very dependant on where you get the items from! For renting, information can be found through the rental company - but I recommend speaking with your Table Leader (Deb or Amanda) about this as some groups are renting together which may make things more economical.
